Goods On Approval Testing Process

The approval application is submitted to ITL by the importer or the customs agent

The testing lab team will handle the request

ITL uploads the product information to the Import portal and processes the application

ITL uploads the testing data and the certificate to the Import portal,
and sends the Ministry of Economy’s Standardization Administration approval to the customer

ITL is approved by the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Energy and the Commissioner for Standards for products for explosive environment.

ITL’s laboratory has been approved by the Israeli Ministry of Economy and the IECEx for SI 60079/IECExExplosive Atmosphere testing and certification.
Our approval complies with the Israeli Electricity Law and other explosive atmosphere regulations, for luminaires, and similar electrical products.
Our professional and efficient approach allows our customer to save time to market.

In addition, we perform the following tests:

Complaince evlauation – we will verify if products are compliance ready for access to Israel, before shipping or at the design stage.
Photobiological and eye-safety
IP – Ingress protection
IK – Mechanical strength
EMC – including engineering and fault identification for failing units
Safety
Radio– including applying for the Ministry of Communications’ products approvals.
