Ophir is ITL’s CEO since 2006. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a M.Sc. in Computer Science and Communications from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
Ophir has a diverse global experience. He held positions, in the US, as a senior engineer at Cisco Systems Inc. and Sprint Inc., and as Sales Director at Nortel Networks Inc. in Virginia. In addition, Ophir served as a Senior Manager at Cisco Systems Israel Ltd., and Vice President Sales at Globcall, a subsidiary of IDB Holdings Company Ltd.
Ophir has lead the Opening of the Market Access to Israel to Private Laboratories by changing the Regulation in Israel working with the Israeli Ministries and the Parliament.

Shaike Raz manages the ITL EMC and Radio International Compliance Division, including the certification process and testing to FCC, EU, VCCI and Industry Canada.
Shaike has a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Fairleight Dickenson University NJ and is an Associated Engineer Certified by Singalovsky College, Tel Aviv. He has over twenty years of professional experience in the field of EMC/EMI, EMP, Tempest Design, analysis, testing, simulations and consultation, and extensive background in compliance EMC projects.
Broad experience in international compliance with Testing, Inspection and Certification. Hands on experience with Safety, EMC, Radio, Telecom, Environmental, Security & Alarms, Explosive Environment and more in the fields of Information technology, Medical Device, Military, Industrial, Natural Gas, lighting, Household, etc.
Specialization in accreditation under – ISO/IEC 17065, 17025, 17020, 80079-34, 9001
Providing guidance and training to the industry for compliance with standards and market access.
Serving as the CTO and QA Manager at ITL (Israel Testing Laboratories) which is an accredited lab by IECEE, A2LA, ISRAC, IECEx, TUV, Intertek, FCC, IC, SEMKO, Israeli Ministry of economy and more.

Shmuel Hazon is the Manager of the Sales and Marketing Department. He previously served as a Sales AVP in MINDCTI and as an Account Manager in COMVERSE. Shmuel holds a BSc. in Electronics Engineering and a MBA from Derby University.
