ITL - Israel Testing Laboratories
Lighting products exported to global markets require specific lighting certifications and energy efficiency testing to ensure safety and compliance with international standards. ITL offers testing and certification services to a variety of international standards, EMC and FCC standards to ensure the introduction of safe lighting and LED (Light Emitting Diode) products and equipment.
Products employing flammable and/or explosive materials (e.g. liquids, gases/vapors, dust, etc.) or installed in such an environment containing such materials, must be examined for compliance with Global (IECEx), North American (NRTL-OSHA) and European Hazardous Location Standards and Directives (ATEX) as required.
As a Certification body, ITL provides local testing with global access via various globally acceptable certification approvals.
Ex certification – as a member of the IECEx, ITL provides testing and certification for equipment for global access intended for hazardous and explosive environment. IECEx certification serves as basis for EU ATEX and North American approvals.
